BEIJING - Chinese President Xi Jinping told his security officials on Wednesday during a meeting of China's National Security Commission that the national security problems the country faces have "increased dramatically" and that China must prepare for "worst-case and extreme scenarios" to withstand the "dangerous storms" in order to "secure victory".
