US Ambassador: North Korea Using Recent Missile Launches To Advance Nuclear Missile Program
The US Ambassador then said North Korea isn't responding to military activity by the United States or its allies, but instead is working toward advancing its nuclear weapons program.
UNITED NATIONS - An ambassador from the United States speaking at the United Nations made claims that North Korea is using its recent missile launches to advance its nuclear program while "brazenly" violating multiple Security Council resolutions.
A number of Security Council resolutions by the United Nations prohibit North Korea from carrying out nuclear activity, including ballistic missile testing and activity.
