North Korea says it launched the Hwasong-18 ICBM as a "strong practical warning" to what it says are nuclear threats from the United States and its allies due to previous joint military exercises.
SEOUL - The South Korean Navy held a joint missile defense exercise with the United States and Japan on Sunday in order to counter growing missile threats from North Korea, according to the South Korean Navy.
