Russia: Wagner Leader Dies After Passenger Plane Crashes
Prigozhin's telegram channel posted a photo of the wreckage highlighting places where there were holes.
MOSCOW - Russian state media reports that 10 people, including Wagner leader Evgeny Prigozhin, were killed after a passenger plane they were in crashed, with 8 bodies having been recovered.
There have been some reports it was shot down by air defenses. Although this has not been confirmed, Prigozhin's telegram channel posted a photo of the wreckage highlighting places where there were holes.
Russia’s Tsargrad TV is reporting that the bodies of both Yevgeny Prigozhin and his “right-hand man” Dmitry Utkin have been identified, citing the Federal Air Transport Agency as a source. They added that genetic testing is to be carried out on the bodies.
