Russia To Deploy Tactical Nuclear Weapons To Belarus In July After Readying Storage Facilities

MOSCOW - Russian President Vladimir Putin told Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko that Russia will begin deploying tactical nuclear weapons to Belarus in July after storage facilities are readied.
