A statement by North Korean state news said that their scientists are now examining why the failure of the rocket occurred.
SEOUL - North Korea launched a ballistic missile that it says is a “space launch vehicle” after having announced and sent out notifications to Japan and the International Maritime Organization that it planned to deploy a reconnaissance satellite between May 31st and June 11th.
