SEOUL/TOKYO - The South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Japanese Prime Minister's Office have reported that North Korea has launched a ballistic missile after the North released a statement condemning the United States and South Korea and accused them of "deployment of nuclear strike means and large-scale joint military drills throughout this year".
