A day after Russian aircraft entered Alaska’s Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ), a Russian missile came within 31 miles of NATO ally Poland’s border causing the country to deploy F-16s.
US/POLAND - A day after Russian aircraft entered Alaska’s Air Defense Identification Zone (ADIZ), a Russian missile came within 31 miles of NATO ally Poland’s border causing the country to deploy F-16 fighter aircraft, an incident which, according to the Polish Deputy Prime Minister, is happening more and more often.

Although one missile fired by Russia headed toward the Polish border, putting “all of Poland’s security systems” on full alert, according to the Polish Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, the missile changed course before entering Polish airspace, according to a Ukrainian military official and Polish state news agency PAP.
