NATO Puts 300,000 Troops On High Readiness

EUROPE - North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has announced that the alliance is putting 300,000 troops on high readiness, and adding three new regional defense plans to strengthen NATO's deterrence and defense to counter both Russia and terrorism in those regions.
