JETBLUE/SPIRIT - The airlines JetBlue Airways and Spirit Airlines have ended their $3.8 billion merger after losing an antitrust suit resulting in the merger being blocked by a court ruling.
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA): The FAA's audit found multiple instances where Boeing and Spirit AeroSystems allegedly failed to comply with manufacturing quality control requirements. We will review all of Boeing’s corrective actions to determine if they fully address our findings.
