Israel/US On Aid To Gaza, UN Agency Says Israel Hit Aid Distribution Center Killing 1, Injuring 22
There have been allegations some UN aid workers were also members of Hamas, including members in UNRWA that were alleged to have taken part in the October kidnappings in Israel
ISRAEL/GAZA - The Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories: Judea and Samaria and towards the Gaza Strip (COGAT) has reported for the first time, humanitarian aid to arrive to Gaza by sea.
The aid delivery was "carried out in coordination with Israeli security and civilian authorities, in accordance with the directive of the Israeli government and at the request of the US government," according to COGAT.
U.S. Central Command has also conducted the ninth U.S. air drop of humanitarian assistance into Northern Gaza on March 13, 2024 "to provide essential relief to civilians affected by the ongoing conflict".
