Regarding Israel's accidental killing of hostages held by the Hamas terrorist organization: The IDF takes responsibility for what happened, will do everything to prevent it from happening again.

JERUSALEM - Attacks on/by Israel between December 17-20th, including the Hezbollah terrorist organization in Lebanon, Syria, and over 100 aerial threats intercepted by the Israeli Air Force such as cruise missiles and drones.

Chief of Staff of the Israeli Southern Command: "The IDF, and I as its commander, are responsible for what happened, and we will do everything to prevent the recurrence of such cases in the future of fighting."
