The attack on the complex has killed at least 40 people and left over 140 others injured, according to Russian media.
MOSCOW - An attack on the Crocus City Hall Complex in Moscow has killed at least 40 people and left over 140 others injured.
In Washington, the White House condemned the attack and released an initial statement offering condolences to the shooting victims, with National Security Council spokesman John Kirby adding that there was no indication that Ukraine was involved in the attack.
“Our thoughts are with the victims of this terrible shooting attack,” Kirby said. “The images are just horrible and just hard to watch,” Kirby stated.
