DEIR EZZOR - At least nine people were killed in US airstrikes on a weapons storage facility and military headquarters used by Iranian-backed militants located in Bor Saied Street in the city of Deir Ezzor.

Defense officials said they hold Iran responsible for recent attacks on US bases that injured 46 U.S. military personnel, not just the Iranian-backed militia groups that carried out the attacks.
